Here’s what actually makes it “customized”:

  • Experience level (beginner vs advanced lifter)

  • Mobility limitations

  • What you’re actually capable of doing pain-free

3. Your schedule & lifestyle

  • How many days you can train

  • Session length

  • Sleep, stress, steps, calories

Customized Workout Plans

4. Exercise selection (this is the big one)

Instead of random lifts, it’s:

  • Movements that fit your body

  • Variations that match your goals

  • Rehab + stability baked in—not added as an afterthought

5. Progression plan

Not just “do this workout,” but:

  • How weights increase week to week

  • When to push vs hold back

  • Deloads

What it’s NOT

  • A PDF someone sends to 200 people

  • “Push/pull/legs” with no adjustments

  • Random TikTok workouts

Nutritional guidance = simple, personalized advice on what and how to eat to support your goals.

Includes things like:

  • Calories & macros (protein, carbs, fats)

    Meal timing (around workouts, late-night eating, etc.)

  • Food choices (what to prioritize or limit)

  • Habits (hydration, consistency, portion control)

Basically: not a strict meal plan—just coaching to help you eat better for your goals.
