A customized workout plan is just a training program built specifically for you—not some generic “3x10 everything” template.

Coaching with me includes access to a training app, where I can make adaptions weekly so that the exercise selection suits you and what you need that specific day.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutritional guidance = simple, personalized advice on what and how to eat to support your goals.

Includes things like:

  • Calories & macros (protein, carbs, fats)

    Meal timing (around workouts, late-night eating, etc.)

  • Food choices (what to prioritize or limit)

  • Habits (hydration, consistency, portion control)

Basically: not a strict meal plan—just coaching to help you eat better for your goals.

One on One Training

You, me, and the iron. 1 hour session’s. Not too long, not too short. Just the right amount of time to show you how to leave limits behind. A month of coaching includes 4 sessions, once a week.

virtual coaching includes all of the above except its all done virtually. it does not include one-on-one In-person training sessions. Instead I review video you send me and give form advice along with any other tips or critiques I can offer.
